You can use the unique family code to join an existing family. Enter the code in the Join A Family screen. Once the code has been entered, one of the family admins will be notified. They'll then have to authorize your entrance into the family. Once that happens, you'll be notified by email that "You're In" and then you can start answering your families questions and look at family members answers.

You can belong to up to five families.

There are a couple of ways for you to join a family. One way is to use the unique family code in the Join A Family screen. Another way is to click on the link provided in the email that was sent to you from your family's admin.

This is because the link will only work if you aren't already signed up for CMF. If you already have an account, you'll have to join the family by going to the Join A Family screen, and entering the unique family code that is shown in the same email.
